Solution

Using CPT’s remote dialler service our client was able to pilot the technology and measure real business benefit to create the case required for budget allocation. During the pilot the collections team would extract daily call files from their in house database and transmit them over a secure link to CPT in Glasgow.  Call files were loaded onto the dialler and accessed remotely by the collections team.  An OFCOM compliant campaign configured specifically to reflect the collection departments’ business requirement, as well as screen out answer-phones, no reply and busy signals, delivered greater improvements in efficiency than originally anticipated. 

Result

Using the CPT Remote Dialler solution the collections team now makes three times more calls to their customers each month and as a result our client has benefited from a reduced cost of bad debt. Improved productivity has also enabled our client to bring back in-house all core early stage collections activities.
