As the operation matured CPT developed a bespoke Contact Management System which records and facilitates all prospect contact, capturing significant market intelligence including competitor renewal dates and key decision maker details. CPT utilised this data to segment prospects by postcode, industry sector, turnover and employee number, enabling sales campaigns to be profiled in different ways for different geographic areas.
Building on the impact of the Contact Management System CPT developed a proprietary real time Internet based Sales Management System. This enabled field sales executives to download appointment lead sheets, travel directions and to input appointment feedback as well as their own diary availability. The system also has a suite of Management Information reports which our clients utilise to drive performance.
Result
CPT can demonstrate a proven track record over the last three years in setting qualified sales appointments on behalf of our client. From a start of 20 appointments per week in Scotland, CPT now delivers in excess of 200 appointments nationwide.
