Our customer projects span inbound call handling, welcome centre, field sales compliance checking as well as outbound sales of gas, electricity and dual fuel. Furthermore, our FSA authorisation enables us to support sales and service for all home services and other insurance related products with ease.  Our in-depth knowledge and long-term experience of this market makes us a supplier of choice for many organisations. Only recently, CPT was involved in an innovative UK-wide SMART meter project and as a consequence, our strong presence in this market field looks set to continue.
