Our training philosophy is based on the principle of agent ‘empowerment’. Over the years we have found that providing you, the agent, with the appropriate knowledge, skills and resources, ensures that you deliver the energy and enthusiasm that drives success on behalf of our clients and us.
We are committed to a continuous investment in coaching and performance management in order to keep your sales, customer care skills, and product knowledge current in this rapidly changing environment. We have found that the confidence this approach instills in our staff leads to outstanding effectiveness and results.
As a CPT agent, you can expect to receive individual coaching sessions on a weekly basis. We believe the regularity and reinforcement of training plays a key part in building up your competence and confidence. Through 1-2-1 training, areas such as performance improvement, problem solving and best practice can all be addressed – while at the same time giving you the opportunity to ask for help or discuss how best to improve. The aim is to empower you to be the best ‘you’, you can be.
Our dedicated training suite provides a learning environment that emulates our contact centre structure and style. The suite is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and networked to provide realistic environments. Training rooms within our suite are designed to create a relaxed yet stimulating environment for your learning.
In addition to internal training, CPT gives agents the opportunity to achieve formal qualifications such as an SVQ Level 3 in Management and an SVQ in Customer Service. By offering opportunities such as these, we are helping add greater depth to your career.
Our commitment to training is not only key to our clients, it’s key to our staff and the results of staff progression within the company speak for themselves. In the last year alone we have internally promoted telephony agents into roles such as Team Managers, Quality Assurance (QA) Advisors, Sales Coaches, IT Advisors, Management Information (MI) Advisors and Recruitment Officers.
