Client Description Summary

Since November 06 CPT has been working with one the UK’s leading specialists in compliance, maintenance, servicing, design and installation of gas appliances commercial, industrial and public service premises. Owned by an award winning compliance driven Facilities Management group, the client organisation provides a range of integrated property solutions to owners and occupiers of buildings throughout the UK.

Business Challenge

The client organisation approached CPT with a view to gaining a foothold in the SME market. Previously their focus had been in the large national and multi-national sectors. CPT were enlisted to target small businesses offering maintenance and service cover for gas-fired appliances, focusing on promoting the compliance aspect of the company. CPT developed a business-to-business sales operation, utilising experienced sales agents, whom were targeted on generating sales for the service engineers to conduct an annual service inspection of all gas-fired appliances in line with health and safety regulations.
