CPT has invested heavily in best of breed technologies to run our operations. All three of our contact centre sites have robust and resilient connections between them. Network connectivity is supplied by a number of industry leading carriers – providing competitive pricing and resilience for our clients. The technology we have between sites also allows us to offer clients a strong contingency plan. For example, should one of our sites be affected by external power failure, agents can easily be transported to one of the other sites until the issue is resolved.

We have implemented a number of state-of-the-art Aspect Unified IP Contact Centre Platforms across our sites, which have the ability to deal with expanding numbers of agents within the organisation. Our Aspect Unified IP also provides our clients with comprehensive reporting and allows us to effectively manage the interactions of agents across multiple channels.

In addition City Park Technologies has a highly skilled in-house development and MI (Management Information) team which uses the latest technology available, including .NET and Microsoft SQL Server 2008. Thanks to their in-depth training, this team has both the skill and flexibility required to develop bespoke environments for each of our clients.
