Meet The Team
"We felt there was a gap in the market between the big BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) players and the small telemarketing agencies for a mid-range services company that:
- Delivered real Insight and Analysis as part of its service offering
- Deployed the best technology to achieve true multi-channel services including call-blending
- Utilised data in a sophisticated way to deliver higher levels of performance
- Adopted a "sales through service" philosophy in all of its client related services
- Embraced all of the best practice industry operating standard principles (TCF, FSA, OFGEM, OFCOM, OFTEL)." (Inch, Murphy, Stuart, 2006)
